I would honestly consider doing that except I'm concerned that once I got down on the floor, I wouldn't be able to get up!

I love taking a yoga class. It makes me feel flexible and strong in some undefinable way. My class is only once a week though. That means I'm hittng the Advil the day after, too. Best part of any yoga class: savasana (corpse pose) at the very end. Provided you don't fall asleep and start snoring, it's really rejuvenating! Be sure to check out YogaJournal.com for tips on poses and such. They have a fantastic site that I have found really helpful.

Inspiration

  • Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense. --Ralph Waldo Emerson
